About Denise
Hi, I’m Denise. I’m a transformational coach that helps women live how they want.
Before this, I worked in corporate for 20 years and told myself it was great. (Lies.) It wasn’t until I was laid off that I admitted I wanted something different anyway. So, I asked myself what the heck I wanted. The answer – helping women grow.
It was convenient since I also have a Masters in Counseling and a Life Coaching Certification, plus decades of life experiences – see my book Suffering in Comfort.
Women are fantastic at being everything for everyone but themselves.
We can bend and morph into anything someone else needs.
And all the while, we feel we still aren’t enough. Guilt, shame and consequential people-pleasing are constant.
I know this because…
As a teenager, I was a people-pleaser, constantly doing things to fit in and be liked. I was a consummate overachiever. Basketball player, cheerleader, annual staff president, Beta Club president, Future Homemaker of America (HAHA, that one still cracks me up), Drama club, etc. Name a club or activity and I was a part of it.
In corporate, I was a pretender. I pretended I loved my job (climbing the corporate ladder), that I traveled to far away countries exploring the world (only seeing the inside of hotel rooms and airports) and got paid really well (even though I was exhausted and couldn’t enjoy the money).
But I broke free. It wasn’t pretty or clean. But I did it.
I started with how I truly felt, felt it fully, and moved on to deciding what I really wanted.
It was a process that included hysterical sobbing — and laughing. I won’t tell you it was quick either. But it was so worth it.
It’s what led me here, helping women just like you, like I used to be.
Today, I’m a master mindset coach who is incredibly Intuitive. I have a profound ability to tap into the essence of who you are, knowing how to crack open your shell so you can become even more than you imagined.

When are the coaching calls?
Every other Tuesday at 12:30 pm EST for 90 minutes; recorded and downloadable.
When does it begin?
This program begins October 5th and goes through the mid December.
Will this work for me?
Yes. If you come & participate on the calls, do the journaling work, and be open to change, then it will work for you. For you to have clarity on what is next for you and what is currently holding you back.
The only reason it won’t work is if you don’t go all in. If you hold yourself back, you will have some transformation, just not as much. And that’s OK. My promise to you is that I will give you everything I have to assist you in that transformation.
What if I can’t make the calls live?
You will get access to the calls. The real question you need to ask is … Why wouldn’t you make time to be on the calls? At least 90% of the time? Only you can decide that. It’s time to prioritize yourself in order to transform your life.
